Wareham Seaman, Jr.

Wareham was admitted to the California Bar Association in 1971 for U.S. Tax Court and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California. He graduated from California State University at Sacramento with a B.S. degree and from Humphreys College of Law with his J.D. Degree. He joined Wareham Seaman, his father, in his tax law practice under the firm name Seaman & Seaman in 1972.  

In 1973 he was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. In 1975, he was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and in 1976 to the U.S. Claims Court. 

A frequent lecturer in estate planning matters before professional groups, Wareham was a Professor of Law in Taxation at Lincoln Law School in Sacramento, California, from 1972 through 1976. He formerly served as a Commissioner of the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency. 

Wareham continues his practice with Seaman & Seaman, A Law Corporation. He is designated as a Certified Specialist in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. Since the 1980s, he has been rated “AV” by legal publisher Martindale Hubbell, its highest rating.

Anne Rosenthal

Anne was raised in Kansas City prior to venturing east to attend college at American University in Washington, D.C. where she graduated cum laude with degrees in Political Science and Philosophy. During her collegiate career, she took on active leadership roles in community outreach and volunteer work.  

Anne remained in Washington, D.C. to attend law school, where she focused her course work on estate planning, tax, and jurisprudence. During law school, she served as the Note and Comment Editor of the Journal of Law, Philosophy, and Culture and was an active volunteer at the District of Columbia Family Court Self-Help Center. Anne also assisted in establishing a Mediation Center for the District of Columbia Office of Administrative Hearings.

Anne was admitted to the California Bar Association in 2012 and joined Seaman & Seaman in 2013. She serves as a key member in the estate planning practice area, where she assists clients in need of post death administration, estate tax returns, and special needs trusts.
